The idea of the Great School Run is for schools to use their resources up until the final phase of the programme when they will organise their own 2km fun run – this is in the Go! phase.

The Go! phase starts in May and runs through until the 11th of November 2013. Within this time window, schools are given the opportunity to organise their own 2km fun run using the downloadable pack as a helpful guide. 

In your downloadable teacher’s pack there will be blank race numbers and some information on how to organise your run and make it a high profile event; including hints on how to get local press on board.

Don’t forget, all registered schools are eligible to win some fantastic prizes, including the chance to win a Great School Run Ambassador to attend your event! All you have to do is fill in the completion form and let us know how many people took part in your event. Simple!
